Delivery

All orders over £100  FREE shipping

We charge a flat rate delivery charge on all UK mainland deliveries and do not apply weight surcharges.

• Standard Shipping:  2-3 days  £3.95 all items (except crates and playpens);
• Standard Shipping:  2-3 days  £8.95 (crates and playpens);
• Standard Shipping: 2-3 days   £4.95 (beds)

We are happy to provide a next day delivery option (if available) but reserve the right to charge a surchage for this service, based on the weight of your order.

Unless otherwise notified at the time of placing your order, goods are guaranteed to be despatched to you within 2 working days. We cannot guarantee the delivery date and/or time unless you specify a guaranteed delivery service (for Royal Mail) or next day delivery (for courier carried items). If the product you have ordered is not in stock you will be informed of when a delivery can be made.

Large items are despatched using couriers. Smaller items are sent by the standard Royal Mail postal service. Where possible we use and recycle packaging materials. Orders weighing over 35 kgs will be subject to a weight surchage. We will advise you of this cost before despatch.

Christmas Delivery Service

Last order dates: to guarantee delivery before Christmas, UK customers should place their order before 12 noon on Monday 14th December.

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and International Orders

We are able to ship most goods to most International (and non-mainland UK) locations; but as delivery costs vary greatly we would prefer to provide you with a specific delivery quote (based on the goods you would like to order and your location). We don't want to charge you excessive delivery fees. Please email us directly with queries on any non-mainland UK deliveries. If you order and pay online without enquiring first for an accurate delivery charge, we reserve the right to charge a postal surcharge to cover the delivery cost.

Terms

Except as otherwise stated in company literature the price shall exclude delivery and you will be liable to pay the company’s specified delivery charges.

The company shall reserve the right to change the delivery process and charges without notification. The company also resevres the right to add and remove products from sale and change prices.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, payment shall be due and payable at the time the order is placed and accepted by the company. We will provide a quotation for delivery charges to non-mainland UK locations prior to you placing your order or charge the excess to your account on despatch.

Delivery will occur when the carrier arrives at the address given with the goods ordered. If you fail to accept the goods from the carrier, the company reserves the right to attempt delivery of the goods at a later date and to invoice you for a further delivery charge.

The company can accept no responsibility in the event that goods are left as instructed by you without your presence at the time of delivery.

If you fail to accept delivery of goods when delivered, risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.

Once goods have been signed for, you must notify us of any shortages within 72 hours of receipt. We cannot be held liable for shortages from any order if you do not notify us within this period.

All orders to the value of £100 or above are eligible for free delivery. Free delivery is only available to addresses in Mainland United Kingdom only.

Should any product purchased from Puppy Stuff Ltd be be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given on the puppyluvsme website website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to us within 72 hours of delivery of the product.
