However its agents and its employees will not be held responsible or liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies occurring within this content.

In these conditions “the company” shall mean Puppy Luvs Me and “you” shall mean the person, organisation, or company placing an order with the company.

The colour accuracy of the colour-way options displayed within the site will vary dependant on a number of factors and as such should be seen only as representative. Consequently, products available may vary slightly in colour from that shown on the current site.

The measurements shown are approximate, and may vary +/- 5% from those shown during the manufacturing process. It is your responsibility to prevent your dog from biting or injuring another dog or person. We assume no liability by offering any advice on this website. If in doubt, seek advice from your veterinary surgeon or a qualified trainer or behaviourist.

Product weights and sizes are provided as a helpful guide only to help you to choose the most appropriate product. However the final choice must be yours. In the event of a customer purchasing an item mistakenly and through no fault of Puppy Luvs Me, please see our returns policy.

Puppy Luvs Me reserves the right to change price and availability information without notice.

Puppy Luvs Me reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Return and Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on our premium products, prices and first class service. Orders placed by you will not be binding on the company or deemed accepted unless & until written acknowledgement is issued by the company.

Any typographical, clerical error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list or literature issued by the company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the company.

Should the product prove to be faulty or the wrong item has been delivered, we will not charge a handling fee and provided the item is returned (in a saleable condition and in the original packaging if it is not faulty) within a 28 day period, we willeither replace the item or refund the cost of the item plus delivery back to you upon proof of payment.

Puppy Luvs Me must be notified about the return within 7days of the delivery date.

Cancellation Policy

Your order can be cancelled anytime after you have placed it, and up to seven days after the delivery. We require written notification of the cancellation. The items being returned to Puppy Luvs Me will be at the expense of the consumer, and all items being returned by the consumer must be received within 14 days of the written confirmation of cancellation. We also reserve the right to recover the delivery charge.

The company will not be liable for any costs incurred in the return of cancelled orders. The goods will not be deemed to have been returned until notification is given by the company that the goods have been returned to the address advised by the company. No refund will be made until such notification has been received.

It is your responsibility to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery. The company reserves the right to deduct from the refund any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. You are advised to retain the original packaging in the event of you cancelling an order. The company retains the right to charge for any necessary packaging/re-packaging.

The company shall be entitled to recover all costs, loss, charges, and expenses incurred in connection with goods returned not saleable as new.

We aim to resolve all complaints within 2 - 4 working days.

All terms and conditions contained on this web site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. By using this web site, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of this web site.

Nothing in these Terms shall in any way be deemed to restrict or affect your statutory rights under English law.
